Terms of Service

By placing an order with FlashPoint, you agree to the following terms:

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days

  • High‑demand seasons may require up to 2 weeks

  • Some orders may ship separately

Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS, with occasional use of FedEx or UPS

  • Tracking information is emailed once shipped

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update

  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours at store@fparmy.com

  • Once a label is created, the address cannot be changed

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded

Policy Updates

FlashPoint Store and FlashPoint Warehouse reserve the right to update policies at any time and to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements without notifying others.
