Shipping, Returns & Order Support Policy

Order Processing Timeframe

Orders will ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. During periods of increased demand, product launches, or when certain items become especially popular, there may be occasional delays. While rare, these delays can occur, and we appreciate your patience.

After your order ships via USPS Ground, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Methods

Orders will ship using the following carriers:

USPS (primary carrier)
FedEx, or UPS (used occasionally depending on the order)

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking link to update once received.

Depending on your order, items may ship separately. If applicable, multiple tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

In special circumstances, we may be able to assist with correcting a shipping address if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the shipping label has been created and the customer has been notified. All address‑change requests must be emailed to store@fparmy.com.

Once a shipping label has been created, the address cannot be changed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.

Please double‑check your address before completing your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from your original order date.

Because we use multiple fulfillment methods, we recommend contacting us directly to initiate your return. Please fill out the form on our Contact page.

Please have your order number ready.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued for the product amount only, minus the original shipping cost.
