Order Information:

Timeframe: Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of being placed, occasionally if our demand increases there could be additional delays, while rare this can happen with popular items. After USPS ground shipping add an additional 3-5 business days of shipping time to receive your order.

Shipping: Orders will ship via USPS or DHL mail carriers. Occasionally we will use Fedex or UPS. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-28 hours for your tracking link to update once received.

Depending on your order, items may ship separately. If applicable, multiple tracking numbers will be emailed to the email listed on your order.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from your original order date. Because we use different fulfillment methods we recommend reaching out to us directly by filling out the contact form below to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready. Refunds from returns will be in the amount of the product, less the shipping cost. 

Note: You are responsible for having the correct shipping address on your order, we are not able to refund orders sent to the wrong address. Please double check when placing your order.
