FlashPoint is committed to excellence, integrity, and bold action. Our return and refund policy reflects our dedication to fairness and quality.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date if they meet all requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Return request submitted through our Contact page or emailed to store@fparmy.com

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

  • All Rhinestone shirts Note: Rhinestone shirts run 2 sizes smaller and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Any item produced by Printify (print‑on‑demand vendor)

Refunds

Refunds apply only to eligible items and are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Refunds cover product price only

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable

  • Shipping label costs already created cannot be refunded

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or missing

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Email store@fparmy.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review and replace items whenever possible.
