FlashPoint Store — Shipping Policy

At FlashPoint Store, we take pride in delivering your order fast, safe, and with care. Our shipping process is designed to balance speed with the high‑quality standards our community expects.


Order Processing

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

During high‑demand seasons, product launches, or spikes in popular items, fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks.

Some items may require additional time depending on inventory or production method.

Certain products may ship separately based on fulfillment location or production method.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timing

Standard shipping is handled by USPS, with occasional use of FedEx or UPS.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Multiple tracking numbers will be emailed if applicable.


Tracking Information

Tracking details are emailed once your shipping label is created.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

In special circumstances, we may be able to assist with correcting a shipping address if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the shipping label has been created and the customer has been notified. All address‑change requests must be emailed to store@fparmy.com.

Once a shipping label has been created, the address cannot be changed. If a label already exists, customers must contact their local Post Office for delivery updates or rerouting.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.
